[B41] Craftable Welder Mask

Adds a recipe for Welder Mask for those who finds it problematic finding it in the world, especially on low loot settings.
Crafts from more common components, but still makes you go around and look for them.

Hammer
Safety Goggles
Small Metal Sheet x2
Metal Sheet or Empty Paint Bucket
Duct Tape
Leather Strips x2
Any Paint

This mod simply adds a recipe for the welder mask, so I can't imagine possible incompatibilities unless you change/override the base items in the recipe.

Press "Load" in the main menu, select your save, press "details" in the right bottom corner, press "Mods" and enable this mod from the list.
