the project militia are the enforcers for the project, unlike the watchdogs though they're more militaristic in appearance,
they are met in the episode best friends where they are sent to capture Daniel/Leo and Michael. they don't appear in any of the present set episodes possibly implying they were disbanded or merged with the watchdogs. they are all former convicts that were on record executed but in reality the project faked their deaths and went as far as to alter the militia members appearance and dental work to avoid the masses from finding out about the supposed-to-be-dead inmates

the beta militia however look like super-soldiers, possibly another project experiment though they probably just look that way
