Description
Increases robustness by 10x by adding a new "level" that is unlocked at 1 population to avoid mod incompatabilities.

Made for V67, but added for V66 as well. Updated for V68 too.

I didn't update it for V69, but if you go into the folder (for me is~ steamapps\workshop\content\1162750\3332898258 )
then you can find V68 folder, copy, paste, and rename to V69, and it'll work. Jake didn't change anything, but each version is supposed to have the mod in a folder of the major version.

I don't believe that AI get titles like the player does, but I could be wrong.
