2. Check the control settings in the game, there in the tab unsorted you will find the setting of the button that shows the admin menu.
3. The structure of the json configuration file may be broken somewhere. Check all configuration files. To validate the json file you can use any online service, look for json validator.
4. Check server logs, maybe you will see some modification errors
