Thug Life (Better Bar Thugs)

In Kenshi, there is a rare bug with a specific bar thug squad where, after recruiting them as mercenaries for your outpost/town, any guards stationed at your turrets may attempt to kill them due to recognizing them as bandits (see https://kenshi.fandom.com/wiki/Vagrants?commentId=4400000000000012374).

This mod attempts to fix this issue by altering all Bar Thug characters by associating them with what I believe was intended to be their correct faction, as well as adjusting how the faction should be treated by others.

Version 1.1: Added some new dialogue conditions for the one hireable thug to avoid potential bugs that can occur. The hireable dialogue cannot be triggered if they are already in a contract with you. Also, the dialogue options for hiring to defend an outpost should not come up unless you have a town. Lastly, the dialogue reflected only the one thug being hireable, this includes how much you pay. The thug should now split off into their own squad upon being hired.

Since these changes are my own, feel free to take and modify as you see fit for your own project, though I would appreciate being credited.
