LWotC Hunker Down Redux

Description
Allows Hunker Down to extinguish fires. Camera no longer pans on hunkering down units. Should (probably) work for regular WotC as well, should you wish a faster overwatch without LWotC. Probably.

Can this mod be altered to allow Hunker Down without being near cover or for units that don't use cover?
