Swarmer class

Description
The swarmer class mostly constists of small, cheap, and speedy ships designed to swarm the enemy instead of overpowering them. This is a rare tactic from C&C Streetcleaning, as they mostly focus on big, expensive, and over the top ships. WARNING: Uses the Galatic allegiance mod.
