The Negotiator is a gunship with the intent of transporting troops and loiter within the area to support them until having to return to the airfield for resupply. It is also common to see this Gunship supported by Comsit Gunships where they will usually escort the Negotiator. Don't Forget watch the tail it is almost as important as you.

I very much am, along with your other creations. I have a server where I let my friends build while I play as a hostile faction similar to the space pirates. Every so often I send drones of equal strength at them and the stronger they get the stronger I get. Its been a lot of fun and they've gotten to the stage of having to avoid these gunships that I have flying around on patrol with searchlights.
