Remove Bad CK2 Portraits

This mod only affects the portraits from the given DLCs, everything else is left untouched.

Removed portraits from:
- Holy Fury
- Monks and Mystics
- Reapers' Due
- Horse Lords

How it works:
- Frankishgfx, croatsouthslavicgfx, serbsouthslavicgfx, westernslavicgfx, italiangfx, englishgfx, normangfx, germangfx are replaced with westerngfx from the base game. As if you've never had the DLC.
- Arabicgfx, berbergfx are replaced with muslimgfx from the base game.
- Africangfx are replaced with their base game equivalent or westafricangfx if you activated it.
- Cumangfx are replaced with their base game equivalent.
- Only ugricgfx were left alone, because I think are the only ones of the new portraits that look neat.
- Update: Also added westerngfx to Hungarians, Occitans, Basque, Dalmatian and Crimean Goths.
