Flagship Killer - Nuke Guppy class Destroyer (WIP)

Description
A destroyer able to kill any flagship in the game (some requiring a little more technique and slow mo then others), the Nuke Guppy (temporary name).

Cost: ~ 1.1 M
Crew: 174
Max Speed: 135 m/s
Defense systems: 360 degree shield coverage, mostly double overlapped large shields with a few weak spots. 5 - 7 pd per side
Primary weapons: 16 x Nuke Launcher.
Secondary weapons: 2 x cannon (mainly used to distract pd, can also be used to finish off wounded ships)

Tactics:
1) Never to stop moving anywhere near a dangerous enemy ship. Fly straight at the enemy like a WW2 dive bomber, drop one broadside, then turn to drop the other and/or to dodge incoming fire (against more dangerous ships dropping the second broadside is optional).
2) If a spread of missiles can't be dodged outright and is going to hit where shields are down, turn to tank it with health shields instead. Not very maneuverable when engines are not spun up, so if they get EMPed prioritize getting them spun back up before facing any particular direction.
3) Some big enemy ships require some matrix level dodging to beat with this thing and are best done in slow mo.
4) Nukes are set to fire at will by default, which is optimal for ships with lots of weapons spread out but poorly defended, but fire-at-my-target-only is better to get all nukes on the same spot and penetrate defenses. Might have to aim a little off target to compensate for movement depending on the enemy ship. Sometimes worth holding fire until right next to enemy ship to "curve" it around front armor to hit juicy parts, but that requires more micro than is normally possible in real time.
