Gunnery school and Gardens for Karl - Decky

Description
This is a submod of O6OPMOT's Gunnery school, Gardens of Morr and Colleges of magic for Franz.

It changes the main mod so there isn't Colleges of magic for Karl.

This version edites the UI to make more compatible with Decky's Tech-Tree Compilation.

Dont play with Elspeth with it active.

is there an option to add colleges of magic to this while still offering the comparability with Decky's Tech-Tree Compilation?
