Description
This mod makes junk disappear immedaitly greatly reducing lag.

Changes:
All "FundsThresholdBeforeOffered" variables set to 0
Sensor array will no longer require a tech

Combined techs:
Pd and flak
Cr
Blasters and eb
Small and large cannons
Cannons tech cost increase (tech cost increased to 10k)
