Adds a simple flashing when any Door/Trunk/Hood is open whilst in the drivers seat of a car.

Yes

Does this work with vehicle mod 'x'

Yes this should work with any Vehicle mod that is using normal vehicle part names.
Vehicles that have more than 1 Trunk or Hood, may only be triggered when the first object is open.
Doors only trigger when they are directly tied to a seat.
