Use Katsuro's down special from Smack Studio, but like, here :3

Jump onto his stilts, giving you a height advantage and allowing you to use tilts from above or even in the air.

when used in the air it gives you a boost so you can use to recover by jumping out of it, or by extending combos with the walking hitbox.
