Better Districts

Description
Reworks the districts that are under-powered and underused. Currently in development!

Changes added into the mod.

Entertainment Complex
+1 standard adjacency bonus from each district with the yield of their respective type.

Neighborhood
+1 food, +1 production destination domestic trade route yields.

Encampment
+1 production bonus from each adjacent tile belonging to another civilization (excluding city states)
+2 gold from each adjacent tile belonging to another civilization that you're in war with (excluding city states)

Water Park
+2 great people for each district with the yield of their respective type (Great Scientist from Campus, etc.)

Aerodrome
+10% tourism from this city. Additional +10% for each building in this district.

Changes that are work in progress (not currently in the mod).

Water Park
If the city is happy, receive +1 great people for each district with the yield of their respective type (Great Scientist from Campus, etc.). Bonus is doubled if the city is ecstatic.

Aerodrome
+5% tourism from this city for each plane stationed in this district.

Need Testers!
I spent a lot of time developing this and don't have time to test it that much.
If you encounter bugs, please comment how I can recreate the bug.
