Description
This mod makes it so that explorers ignore enemy zones of control.

Thankyou for the mod. The explorer is weaker and probably has fewer people, who can stealthly sneak pass some wildlife, so it seems logical that they can ignore zones of control better. I just wish they can resupply by airdrop at a cost of a turn, instead of returning to a city.

well op as seem, me don't use em for attacking but other then scouting ahead. only attacking is if aiding other units vs aleins in line of defense i do.

Better explorers are good but way too OP for taking cities after bombardment. IN the later game they are so cheap they are throwaways and you can always take a city bombarded to zero even if you only have one point left. I would rather see them made into a ranged unit so they could not take cities.

Considering that I just taught myself how to mod this game three days ago and have no idea what I'm doing, I'm just happy that it's working as intended.

I am not sure you had to create a new promotion type.
Maybe giving "UNITPERK_IGNORE_ZONE_OF_CONTROL" to explorers by the default would have worked.

Oh well, doesn't really matter. Besides changing it now breaks people's games.
