This mod is a Chaos Mod for Hard Time III. It adds a variety of effects that trigger at timed intervals. The effects are random and can range from simple things like healing the player and giving them money to more complex things like setting everything on fire and terrorist attacks.
The mod currently contains 60 effects, but many more are planned to be added in the future.

Configuration
Most of the mod is configurable through the mod settings (in-game if HTCCL is installed, or by editing the config file). These settings currently include the interval between effects and various options for the Twitch integration. In addition to the settings, the mod also has an effects config file that can be edited to change the probability of each effect. This config file is located at Hard Time III\BepInEx\plugins\IngoH-ChaosMod Config\Effect Weights.txt after the mod has been run once. This file will automatically be reloaded when it's edited, so you don't need to restart the game to apply changes.

Twitch Integration
The mod has Twitch integration, allowing viewers to vote on effects that will trigger in the game. This can be enabled in the mod settings. Only the channel name is required to enable this feature. No OAuth token is needed, as the mod connects to the chat using the Twitch IRC server.
The mod will automatically connect to the Twitch chat and listen for votes, which can be cast by simply typing the number of the effect you want to vote for in the chat (1-8). It can be configured to use proportional voting, where the probability of an effect triggering is equal to the percentage of votes it received, or to use a simple majority system, where the effect with the most votes triggers.
The choices and their vote counts will be displayed in a separate window, allowing the streamer to only show the viewers which effects are available to vote for without seeing the outcome until the effect triggers.

Keybinds
Note: Keybinds need to be pressed in order, e.g. C + F means hold C and then press F.
C + F - Triggers the next effect immediately.
C + R - Stops all active effects.
C + B - Pauses/unpauses the timer.
C + N - Rerolls the Twitch choices (only works if Twitch integration is enabled) and resets the timer.

If the AllowManualVote setting is enabled, you can use the keybind V + 1-8 to manually vote for an effect (1-8 are the regular number keys, not the numpad).
