Enforce Admin Vassal Peace Decision

Description
This mod adds a decision for the Emperor to enforce peace whenever their vassals declare war (except if it's a war in which you're involved with, such as a revolt against you).

Came back to tell I found out the problem. In your code you have a condition that I need the Empire o Byzantium or the Roman Empire, which I had neither because I created a custom Empire

Loved the idea of the mod, but I can't find the decision in my list :(
Is there something that I'm missing? I'm an Emperor with administrative empire and vassals (that are currently waging external wars)
