Cat people civilization

Description
This mod introduces a new civilization of Catmen, a race similar in size to humans but with claws, paws, and small increase in agility. Catmen favor leather armor and metal weapons, including bows and blowguns, and their sites are typically found in savanna and desert biomes.

Hey Beetle, I can create a seperate version that supports Fortress Mode, or you can use DFHack to play this race in Fortress Mode for now.

haha i like the tendrils personally, kind of a style preference. is this a playable civ? looks cool :)

I would recommend using simply black whiskers, one pixel wide, instead of the actual hair color. Currently they look like tendrils.
