Description
The Odakyu Series 3000 (second generation) commuter train was introduced in 2002, and is characterised by its significantly different appearance, with the first generation cars continuing the wide doors from the Series 2000, while the second and later cars adopted a standardised car body in line with the standard specification guidelines for commuter and suburban trains. It is the most manufactured car in Odakyu to date, and all cars are still in service as of 2024.

Oops, English is hard.
Incidentally, for passenger capacity, the actual figure is multiplied by 1.1. (However, in TpF2 this is converted to 1/4.) There are no plans to change this at the moment.

The number of vehicles and textures in the mod tends to inevitably increase in EMU. I have reduced the volume by half from the standard of six months ago, but with 38 vehicles' worth of textures present, it is tough to reduce it further.
