Virtuoso Finale Rework

Description
A rework for Virtuoso's Finale which changes it to require Combo to use but will now target every enemy that has a Combo token. Loses the bonus damage vs Combo but has slightly increased damage to compensate

if we take a occultist along, I can assure you that the damage scaling wasn't needed.
