''Restored'' Buggy Texture

I say restored in air quotes, because I'm unsure if this was ever intended to be used on the buggy model itself. Seeing as I found this in the texture folder for the jump Rebels and part of the texture is used on their Tau cannon backpacks, so this may have been made solely to be used on their model.

Still I like the idea of the cars used by the Rebels in this game looking different from the one Gordon drives.
