Monolith Expanded - Dominator

Monoliths new Pride of the Fleet, the Dominator. With no regard to costs to achieve its objective, Monolith Designers developed the Dominator. The Dominator is a very fast Rail Kiter with a reverse speed of over 117m/s, equipped with two powerful Rail Guns, ten Rocket Launchers and six Flak Cannons and 20 PDs the Dominator will outrun almost any opponent.
To achieve the best protection The Monolith Design Company decided to use advanced technology only available with mods. Also requires Huge Ships mod.

Note:
The ship is not fully optimized, some costs could be cut, crew not set up perfectly but all systems should work 100% at any given time.
