During the Cold War, the arms race between tanks resulted in increasing caliber and armor.
But while tanks got heavier and more expensive, anti tank weapons were getting more and more effective.
It soon became clear that armor was not the path forward.
Enter the High Survivability Test Vehicle (Lightweight) or HSTV-L, made by the best and brightest to test the concept of dodging bullets.
With a two-axis stabilizer and 75mm autocannon, firing on the move is a breeze.
A potentially retconned position holding system allows it to hold angles on terrain while compensating for recoil.

Notes:
If it breaks on spawn, move it a bit and try again. Repeat until it works.
Ensure the machine is not rotated on spawn, and it's spawn box is not rotated.
The turret has no elevation limit.
