Toned Down Drunkard Visual

Description
Changes the drunkard portrait modifier to be a very light complexion.

Should be compatible with most mods, if there's any issues lemme know.

This is such a simple thing but thank you. The worst part about drunkard by far is the look it gives you, and the way CK3 did it was way over the top.
