This is a small expansion pack for YuuTs’ing designed to simulate the historical system of the Qing Dynasty’s imperially appointed Governor-Generals.

·For countries with the CHI TAG, when a released vassal meets the following conditions:
1.Located in the South China, North China, or Manchuria strategic regions.
2.Classified as a vassal type.
3.Possesses a Manchu or Han primary culture.
You can designate them as an Imperially Appointed Governor-General.
·Upon appointing a Governor-General, the Governor-General’s Office will gain the Governor-General System (administrative principle) and the "Centralized Authority Stabilization" modifier. These changes will significantly reduce the subject’s independence desire, preventing situations where vassals under the Qing become difficult to manage.
·Governor-General regions must remit 35% of their tax revenue to the central government,effectively eliminating the need for “prefectural reserves”!
·If you wish to incorporate a Governor-General’s territory directly into the central administration, simply select Abolish Governor-General. This action will annex the Governor-General’s land into your core territory while ensuring full integration, avoiding the unintegrated province issue that can arise from annexing vassals.
