Your characters will keep young before 45 and age more slowly.

• All the features in Young and Beautiful except 'Remove the Beauty traits complexion and makeup, you can still keep your own complexion and makeup.'
  
• It will now keep the Beauty traits complexion and makeup of female, and remove the Beauty traits lipstick of male. It will be compatible with mods that alter Beauty traits complexion and makeup.

It works for any new game version and doesn't need any update unless the genes system in game has changed.
