Skeleton Gunner Recruits

I added some Skeleton Gunner recruits in the bar in Black Desert City

- they are Skeleton Log-Head MKII
- they cost 6000c
- their stats related to turrets and crossbows: 30
-Their melee attack and defense stats are already at 15, which is the maximum for the training dummy (so they are already trained and ready for combat)

I wanted some skeleton gunners (since you don't have to feed them) and I wanted them to be like shipperbots (I like the way their heads look) since there were no such recruits or this kind of skeleton couldn't be recruited without resorting to other mods like the one to recruit prisoners, I decided to create an alternative and now I share it with you
