Phoenix Connexion Cs1.6 - Francis

Description
Phoenix Connexion from Counter-Strike 1.6 replaces Francis.
No custom proportions, no eyetracking, all the low poly.
I didn't use cs viewmodels because it's the same for all players, and I don't like that.
