Decorated "Palm Beach" Pools

About
The second of a series of decorated pools, based on the Palm Beach Pools by Tomas13TO.

I used one of the "Palm Beach Pools" as the base and added props/decals/trees around it.

It would fit as a pool for condos and high end hotels.

The pool has an entertainment value in a very small radius (50m), so it would positively effect the condo or hotel it is placed at, but not much beyond that.

How to use the pool
  • Open Find It and search for "decorated pool"
    or
    Go to "Park & Plazas" -> "Hotels"
  • Plop it anywhere - it does not require a road connection
  • Use Move It to move it to the exact location.

Stats
Cost = 0 (it is meant to be part of a hotel/condo)
Maintenance = 0 (same as above)
Entertainment = 30
Everything else is set to zero - so it does no require services and can be placed away from roads.

There are a few ways to get rid of grass sprites:
1. Use Hide It and select "Sprites -> Grass" as one of the things to hide.
2. Choose a map theme without sprites.
3. Use Surface Painter and paint the ground with concrete.
