Adds CaseOh, Kitty and his Fork into People Playground.
CaseOh:
- 9 Hoodie Colors
- 4 Outfit Options
- Ability to remove shirt
- 1x1 Lego Piece Form
- Different Abilities (Eating, Collapsing into a black hole, Gravitational Pull, Invincibility, Spawning Kitty)

CaseOh's Fork:
- Slices Limbs ( You can use it to feed CaseOh, just don't let him eat the fork LOL )

Kitty:
- Just a custom entity
