Description

The Harpoon Launcher fires high-speed harpoons that pierce and damage targets upon impact.

Features:

Immediate Damage: Deals instant damage equal to 20% of the target's maximum health when hitting an NPC or player.
Bleeding Effect: Inflicts additional periodic damage ranging from 3 to 29 every 0.5 seconds over a duration of 3 seconds.

honestly i think you should change the damage the bleeding can do. tightening it to be 5-10ish might be good
