Description
AGoT doesn't modify the 200 or so Landless limits in spite of the performance lags with dragons, so this mod will drop that limit to a quarter, which is 50.

what exactly does this do?does it kill landless characters or block the ai to create them?

In the future, I may make a Game Rule for player to choose, but I find a limit of 40-50 perfect. There should never be that many landless for whatever reasons.
