Convoy
This is a mission that lets you use the vehicles of Arma a bit. A randomly generated convoy attack mission. It gIves you a random selection of vehicles and supplies to take out the convoy. Sometimes you will use tanks, sometimes helicopters, sometimes mounted guns. Maybe you want to use AT launchers or setup a mine field ambush. Its a little different each time.

Mission:
You have been tasked with disabling an enemy convoy. All vehicles in the convoy must be disabled. Your tasks will show the vehicle types and which have been destroyed.

Execution:
Approach the map on the wall on mission start. It allows you to choose options and to **Start** the mission. Once started, you will be shown the map with the convoy start/end points and a suggested placement for your base. Click the map to change the base location. ESC will close the map and generate the mission, BACK will cancel out of the map, and HOME will choose new start/stop/base locations. How you take out the convoy is up to you.

Convoy:
A random convoy is created. It travels from the 'start' (circle with up arrow) to the 'end' (circle with down arrow). If it isn't disabled by the time it reaches the 'end' it will pick a new endpoint and keep going. A shaded circle on the map shows the approximate location of at least one member of the convoy. It is updated every couple of minutes. To complete the mission all vehicles must be disabled (destroyed or undriveable).

Friendly Base:
You will be supplied with a random assortment of vehicles to complete your task. You will always get supply vehicles (ammo, fuel, repair, medical) as well as a virtual ammo truck. The virtual ammo tuck is helpful if you plan on using mines or AT weapons to take out the convoy. The virtual ammo truck can be swapped with a virtual ammo helicopter using the board next to the vehicle.
All vehicles will respawn a couple of minutes after being destroyed. To recall the vehicle to base use the board next to the vehicle spawn point.
Two virtual ammo cupboards are also available.
An aircraft will spawn at a nearby airport if appropriate. The aircraft spawn location is also a refuel/rearm/repair point for the plane. Approach the spawn point (20 meters or so) and wait a few seconds.

This is a coop mission, so it can only be played in the multiplayer part of arma, although you can play it solo and private without being accessible to anyone else. This is how to play this mission:

Launch Arma. Once it's started select 'multiplayer' then 'server browser'
At the top select 'host server'. A list of settings will show up. Look at the 'HOST' option. If you have it set to 'LAN' then it will be a private game. Click the 'Host Server' button.
Next you should choose the map on the left, and the mission on the right.
Then click 'play'.
