Herr Löblichs Smoother Traffic

Dear maxx2504 (best physics mod ever!) pointed out to me to adjust patience and safety awareness for traffic.

I have set the patience down to a minimum. Road users now wait less time at junctions and motorway entrances or when merging.

At the same time, I have increased safety awareness. Road users brake less abruptly, keep more distance and are generally more attentive.

All in all, this has resulted in much smoother traffic. There are fewer traffic jams, fewer accidents and a higher volume of traffic no longer clogs up all the roads.

So far, I have been able to drive with g_traffic 2 to 3 without any problems.

It is the very first version. Please try it out and give me feedback in the comments!

Attention:
1. You CAN use it with other traffic mods like Real Traffic Density and use the advantages of these mods, but the behaviour of the traffic participants will be overwritten. This mod does NOT override the spawn rate of other traffic mods.

2. Overwrites the spawn distance (only), maximum number of visible vehicles (honestly, nobody needs 10,000 visible vehicles) and the behaviour(!) of other traffic mods (e.g. Real Traffic Density).
