Venus @ 50km

This mod tries to create a 50km high atmosphere colonization scenario for Venus within the current mod limit of xml files.
Pleasant temperatures and pressure until the storms come, but no access to the surface or any mining.
All items are included in packages with mining belts of pure water and pure oxygen instead of tanks.
Start on lava on the surface (jump and fly) and build from there.
