this microcontroller is to be used for tank turrets(duh).

to use it you must have the horizontal pivot be a large velocity pivot or a turret ring(must have "current rotation" node). and the vertical pivot must be a robotic pivot of any kind.

simply connect the nodes to the right ones. easy.
