Oooh, I figured it out! I just needed to tweak the apparel settings in the Show Hair Mod I have installed...

I'm not sure why your hats aren't showing since no one else is having that problem.

Perhaps you accidentally turned off hats? Go to menu, interface, and check too see if you have the 'hide hats button' selected.

do any of these clothes give special effects? to aid in working task or what not?
