Description
Wanmin system external skills: sword, spear, stick, cane, fan, dagger, brush (the skills are released to form a weapon shape, so these external skills can be used). There is no requirement for weapons.

Wanmin Sword 1
When causing damage to the enemy, reduce 200 points of energy.
When causing a critical hit to the enemy, reduce 50 points of fighting spirit.
The higher the enemy's bleeding, the higher the damage received. For every 1 point of bleeding, the final damage received increases by 1.5%.
For every 2 points of knife swiping, the final damage increases by 1%.

For every point higher than 50 short weapons, reduce the enemy's energy by 5 points, up to 300 points.
For every point higher your own agility is than the enemy's agility, cause 3 points of blindness to the enemy, up to 21 points of blindness.
The higher the light skill, the higher the damage. Every 5 points of light skill increase the final damage by 1%, up to 150%.
For every 2 points of your own short weapon, increase the final damage by 1%.
Wanmin Ci 7
For every point higher your own agility is than the enemy's constitution, increase the critical strike of this attack by 1.5%.
When causing a critical strike to the enemy, reduce its energy by 250 points.
