Faster Turfs

This mod gives the speed boost of roads on the following turfs, because they're artificial or craftable or civilisational or however you want to imagine them, so you won't have be forced by the game mechanic into exclusively living off one or two types of turfs:

- Flat Stone Turf and Lawn Turf from the Hamlet cities (but not the Cultivated Turf of the suburb biomes)
- Wooden Flooring, Checkered Flooring and Carpeted Flooring, our favorite classics
- Snakeskin Rug
- Beard Hair Rug because it's supposed to be a rug
