Remove Top Right Help UI

Description
Removes the time and button to center on player position on the map. For making navigation more difficult and the watch more useful.

Inspired by WBK Immersive Animations. This mod doesn't use scripts like Webknight does and instead directly edits the map through the config.

Probably, I just couldn't find it though. I was able to find the red cursor and remove it entirely through testing, so it's in the config somewhere.

Hey, do you know if there's any way to remove the lines that mark your position on the map when in a helicopter or an air vehicle?
