[LWOTC] Merist's Keeper Class Rework

- What is this?

This is an iteration of the Keeper class for Denmother from Iridar's Rescue Denmother mod.

- But we already have a Keeper Class for LWOTC by Kiruka?

Yes, we do have a Keeper Class for LWOTC by Kiruka. However, it's a very weak class in Mod Jam / Ted Jam environment.

- What is different about this one?

This version of the Keeper has no secondary weapons and instead commits more to Overwatch, Sniper and Officer paths. It starts with Range Finder (Squadsight and Long Watch when equipped with a sniper rifle), Entrench, Combat Presence, Grapple Gun and Quick Study and has 3 specializations:

• Lookout focuses on enhancing reaction fire with improved action and ammo economy.
  
• Stalwart contains abilities that further increase the Keeper's defensive capabilities and give bonuses for holding position.
  
• Lastly, Tactitian gives the Keeper all it needs to become one of the stronger candidates for an officer.

As a bonus, Denmother starts at Sergeant to compensate for RNG in getting the retaliation to happen. This can be reverted through the config.

• This mod is made for Long War of the Chosen and is balanced around Mod Jam / Ted Jam environment.
  
• Yes, perk packs are required.

• Kiruka's Keeper Class won't appear as in both mods only Denmother can appear as Keeper. This can be changed in the configs. Note that this class is balanced with the idea of being unique.

• This mod was inspired by Kiruka's Keeper Class for LWOTC and Iridar's Rescue Denmother mod and wouldn't have existed otherwise.
