Fractal Ammo

Description
Adds endgame arrow/bullet types crafted from all the bullets/arrows before them. Fractal bullets summon more random bullet types surrounding the enemy. Fractal arrows shoot more arrows in mid-air. Endless fractal pouches and quivers can be crafted from a stack of 3996 bullets/arrows.
