Description
====BECAUSE THIS TOUCHES THE SOME OF THE SAME LINES AS Hybrid Skills for Career Campaign and Character Progression You may need to manually merge them depending on your load order.

Buffs weaker skills by combining them together. Now linguist doesn't make the other languages completely useless and having a cook or french speaker might be useful to free up another perk for leaders.
Uses the perk chances of the mod Hybrid Skills for Career Campaign and Character Progression while giving management a 0.2 chance.



Added benefits to each skill
Cook- +2 health, can knock out panicking sailors,
Runner- wreck diving +20%,
Tough- health +3 instead of +2
Diver- +1 health
French Speaker- cook, +2 health, can knock out panicking sailors
Spanish Speaker- cook, +1 health
Portuguese Speaker- cook, +1 health,
English Speaker- +1 health
Management- +1 Follower, but now can starts with a personal version.

Notes
This is purely using data sheets, and not all methods were used. Salvager could be added without replacement, but it didn't feel appropriate to add outside the class. Tough and runner are mutually exclusive as they both require code to work.

Harmony injection could be used to make more perks or alter existing ones further. Grain could be turned into hard tack, fresh bread, by a cook. A Sailor could fish off the bow and add dried fish. More options dealing with story events could be added that add new perks or alter existing ones.


Bugs
-Descriptions are still vanilla and don't update
-Haven't tested runner

Needs a new game. Tested by making a new game without the mod and loading it with the mod enabled. Even clearing the cache and data sheets wouldn't work.

Also management is a skill everyone can have at the start as well as a skill you can purchase. Having both is a probably a waste.

It buffs weaker skills by giving them more things they can do and changes the rates of someone having the skills to be the same as another mod.
