100 Energy For Crew (in patch format)

The 2 mods I know on the Workshop what increase crew energy pool and energy regen do so through file replacement, i.e. their crewmember.npctype file replaces the Vanilla crewmember.npctype in it's entirety, which can cause conflicts and/or game crashes if another mod also replaces or makes more extensive edits to that file.

This rendition checks if another mod has already added an energy pool to crewmembers, and if not, gives them 100 energy and 100% per-second regen rate through patching the vanilla file instead, minimising the surface area for potential mod conflicts.
