Map specific L4D2 saferoom theme mashup with L4D1 themes

Description
adds four saferoom themes that mixes both L4D2's Pray for Death with the multiples Saferoom themes from L4D1 with the use of scripts, one mashup for each campaign

Dead Center - Pray for Death + Death Toll
Dark Carnival - Pray for Death + Dead Air
Swamp Fever - Pray for Death + Blood Harvest
Hard Rain - Pray for Death + No Mercy
The Parish - Pray for Death + Crash Course

i used Lochlan's saferoom mod as a base, Special thanks to him!

someone should really make a custom audio with each maps corresponding instrument and add it to a saferoom theme
