Doesn't really matter what you're saying here. It's common sense, and common courtesy to not released things that are not finished, and then go on to say "probably won't ever be either lul". Have some dignity in your work.

I would consider this character mostly if not, already finished.
A working domain with a barrier and barrier less mode.
couple of moves, black flashes, sure there are a couple of moves that would make the character better but that could be said for every character (excluding wraith)
As it stands, Disgraced One is a finished character and you shouldn't be harassing Jynx because it wasn't up to your expectations. (Yes this is to you Perfectard)
