Excellent Teacher : It is a mod that will add high-skill teachers from the start of the game in all subjects and additional recruitment.
Warning: It may not give you a good initial experience because it is too easy.

There is a problem with adding this mod at the start of a new game. I get students that require bike sheds etc., but the tutorial requires me to admit all students in order to progress, which is not possible at that point.

It's not working for me on Career Mode because it makes me put locked classes
