Cheaper Militia

Description
Have you ever wanted to overwhelm the enemy with swarms of human wave cannon fodder? Now you can. This mod decreases the purchase price of all militia units by roughly 50% in Conquest.

Changes:

Militia Rifles to 4 cost per man
Militia SMG, SAR to 5 cost per man
Miltia LMG, RG to 6 cost per man
National Guard Bazooka from 62 to 31
National Guard Sniper from 90 to 45
Officer to 30

Affects:

Finland: Civil Guard, Reservists
Germany: Volksturm, Convicts, Ostruppen, Luftwaffe, Luftwaffe Jäger
Russia: Penal Squad, NKVD, Partisans, Veteran Partisans, Conscripts, Militia
United States: Military Police, National Guard (45th Rifle)

Compatible with my other mods. Compatible with all mods that do not modify infantry costs.
