Adds 8 new loot items designed around getting strong and easily available but shortlived buff.

SHINE - A new buff that increases all your damage by 25%. You can apply it for free with barely any conditions, but it doesn't reapply itself, and lasts only for 3 seconds. Each source of Shine is separated and stacks with others.

• Plush carrot - Your Primary will give you SHINE.
  
• Huge ribbon - Your Secondary will give you SHINE.
  
• Magical staff - Your Special will give you SHINE.
  
• Winged sandals - Will give you SHINE once you traveled certain distance. Also increases movement speed ever so slightly.
  
• Cute dress - Will give you SHINE after getting invulnerability. Also increases duration of all invulnerability effects.
  
• Star tiara - Increases all your damage. Increases your damage even further for every buff you have.
  
• Cosmic gem - Deal damage to enemies in a small radius around you each time you get a buff.
  
• Fluffy companion - Will strike everyone around you every few seconds and also give you SHINE.
